WORLDWIDE UNDERSTANDING OF MARINE ECOSYSTEM FUNCTION AND SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES

The IAMRI Scientific Forum is expected to gather top scientists from the worldwide network institutions with the main aim of sharing knowledge and discussing technologies to provide insight on the structure and function of marine ecosystems, their responses to global environmental change, and the capacity to provide goods and services to a growing human population.

The Scientific Forum is conceived as a space where the interaction of scientists from diverse disciplines will be fostered and where they will have the opportunity to learn and discuss on the last discoveries in the different scientific fields. A new set of inter-institutional collaborations is expected to emerge from the Forum.

The Scientific Forum will be widely announced and opened to the scientific community. With the aim of achieving the widest audience, we suggest the whole Forum to be broadcasted live through streaming, provided that approval from the speakers is attained.
